Hey guys!! Today I have 2 designs to show you. The first is with Del Sol (the color-changing polish) in Ruby Slippers, but it never changed color! I don't know the reason for this, whether it's no sun out, or too heavy a top coat but it just didn't work:( I stamped over that with my trusty red Jordana using plate BM-I don't even know.
The second I still have on. I used Claire's Twinkle Twinkle (one of my favorites!) and some Bundle Monster nail art stars that I stuck on with top coat.
There you have it! Yes I did shorten my nails a lot, reason being I play guitar and they really get in the way.
Thanks for stopping by!
P.S. Would anybody really mind if I just did another giveaway and tried again but just forget about this one? I just have never done it before and it's so late anyway. Please comment about that!

Layering Experiment
Hello fellow bloggers! Today I have a manicure to show you that didn't exactly turn out very well, but not bad. I started with 3 coats of China Glaze White Cap, then added one coat of Essie Shine of the Times (flakey top coat) and then ended with a coat of Kleancolor My Valentine which I got in Polish Obsession's giveaway:)
This was SUPER hard to photograph so I only have one good picture to show you all.
Yup, not a particularly good one. Oh well, that's what makes the better ones better!

Blue Franken
Hello my lovely readers! Today I am going to share with you a franken I made with this very large set of dry sparkles. I used the end of my Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Blue Me Away (maybe there was 1/5 of it left?), mixed it with Seche Vite (which I should not do because A, it wastes it, and B because the glitters sink to the bottom), and glitters that were green and smaller holographic blue. It need 2 coats, and 2 coats of Seche Vite on top to be shiny and not chunky. Overall, I think it looks OK but it looks horrible on camera. Also, so you can sort of understand what it looks like in real life, it's more aqua blue than dark like in the pictures.
Above: before topcoat. Below: 2 coats topcoat
Any likes? I need a name for this. Leave one in the comments if you have a good one!
On a side note, for my birthday and the great sale, I got 3 Deborah Lippman nail polishes which are Sugar Daddy, Bring on the Bling, and Glamorous Life. Also I won my first giveaway!! It's from Polish Obsession so I'm really really excited to get all my new polishes. Life is good when nail polish is involved. :)

Gettin Busy!
In the past like 2 days I've swatched quite a few polishes. Revlon Whimsical, the ever popular Deborah Lippman dupe for Glitter in the Air. It's very sheer and I was smart enough to not put a base color and I didn't like it by itself:( This is 3 coats.
It looks ok in these pictures but looking straight on it it's very pukey.
Next is Spoiled by Wet & Wild Pirate booty. This is actually 4 coats because I don't think it's meant to be a full glitter, just top coat. The brushes in these are SO annoying. Formula is ok, not too crazy about the drying time. It peeled off (well, I peeled it off) in a day so I took it off today.
Then I put this on: it's just a franken of mine made of topcoat and little shredded gold pieces.
The next polish (I'm putting it on right now!) I will post tomorrow. I'm not telling what it is but I'll give you a hint: it's holo:)
Take care!

Sexy Nails!
Hello there bloggers! I am back today for 2 new nails. One is just a swatch, and the other is a special design for my friends, who's houses I'm going to in Maryland. I'll be there for a week so I won't be back until then for a new post. My swatch is of OPI Melon of Troy (hehe) and it's a pretty melon almost pearl finish, or frosty. It was surprisingly opaque, more than I thought it would be. I am satisfied with the color and formula, but it's just not very exciting to me.
Now for the better part of this post, the design! I started with a franken of just a sheer pink, and then I used a trick with a rubber band (instead of tape) to fill in the red tips. Next I stamped BM-209 with Sally Hansen Black Out in the fishnet design. With top coat I stuck the rhinestones in between the red and pink.
I really like these! What do you guys think of this? Have a nice spring break!

Holographic Mermaid Nails!
I was given the idea to do mermaid nails from Nail Nerd and I just bought all of the Milani 3D Holographic nail polishes (!) so I used the blue one, called Cyberspace. These polishes are sooooo amazing. They're all holographic, and about $6 each. I'll be using these a lot soon. For this mani I did 3 coats of Cyberspace, then stamped BM-217 with a nail polish that was at PacSun by a brand called black poppy with no color name. It's really pigmented so it's wonderful for stamping with but it stains so I don't really like using it. Then in the design of the stamp I filled in a little bit of Baby Baby Baby by Funky Fingers, a great light blue glitter. Everything was topped with Seche Vite, but that dulled the base color:(
This polish looks better in artificial lights, the more yellow it is the better holo effect. That's why it looks so silver!
Hope you liked it! :D

Sparkles!!!
Today I used one of my Funky Fingers polishes that I bought the other day called Tinsel Town. It's a freaking gorgeous green jelly packed with glitter and sparkles. I love it! Then I stamped BM-221 with Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Black Out (I don't recommend this for stamping but I only have one black polish and I don't really like it). After I put 2 coats of Tinsel Town I put on top coat to make the image transfer better. Overall, I'm very pleased with the result.
