Hello lovely readers:) This is my last post for the next 4 weeks because I'm going on vacation.
I started with Essie Licorice (2 coats, very good opacity!!), then put Deborah Lippmann Bring on the Bling, then Essie Shine of the Times. When that was all finished, I stamped BM-210 on top using China Glaze Platinum Silver. It looks very spacey to me. The flakeys still show through the stamp, which instead of being bad is good in this case. Maybe you'll understand.
This is one of those times that my right hand turned out better than my left, strange!
Thing is Bring on the Bling over Licorice.
I forgot to take pictures of Shine of the Times before the stamp, whoops!
Finished product, above is left hand below is right. See what I mean? The right hand is actually better!
And today is the LAST DAY to enter my giveaway!! Thank you for taking the time to enter it:)

Birthday Manicure!
Hello everyone! It was my birthday on Sunday, and I was camping in the mountains so I couldn't do my nails on my birthday :( But I did them when I got home and I LOVE them! I've done a design pretty much exactly like this one before, but this time I did it a little differently. The base color was Blanc by Essie. I stamped the leopard design with Essie Licorice using Bundle Monster plate BM-221 (and the zebra print is 223) and filled in the spots with a dotting tool using a duo pink/purple from Charlotte Russe, Blue from Forever 21, and Pimp My Nail from NYX (green).
Also, for my birthday when there was a sale for Deborah Lippmanns I got 3 of them. I got Sugar Daddy, Bring on the Bling, and Glamorous Life. The bottles are so much smaller in real life than they seem in pictures! Still, they're not small. These are my first Deborah Lippmanns so I'll have to find out how the formulas are and everything.
Bring on the Bling
Glamorous Life
Sugar Daddy (see the awesome duochromeyness?!)

Layering Experiment
Hello fellow bloggers! Today I have a manicure to show you that didn't exactly turn out very well, but not bad. I started with 3 coats of China Glaze White Cap, then added one coat of Essie Shine of the Times (flakey top coat) and then ended with a coat of Kleancolor My Valentine which I got in Polish Obsession's giveaway:)
This was SUPER hard to photograph so I only have one good picture to show you all.
Yup, not a particularly good one. Oh well, that's what makes the better ones better!

Rhinestone Bows Nail Art with Essie Lady Godiva
Hello readers! I hope you're all having a good week. Today's manicure is made of rhinestones, bullion beads, and a pretty brown polish. Essie Lady Godiva is a beautiful deep brown creme, which I expected something different than what I got. When I put on the first coat, it was super red. It really surprised me! And then on the second coat it turned more brown. After that I put topcoat on. The bows were just a few rhinestones placed in pyramid shapes and outlined with bronze colored bullion beads, which are the kind that people use for caviar manicures. I'm not really a fan of them, so I just use them to make designs.
Hoped you like this!

Nail Art Inspired By
Today's manicure is inspired by a teapot that was in my bonus room. There are just so many colors used I don't think I can even name them so if you have a question about one just let me know. The main colors used are Essie Blanc and Orly Ancient Jade.
I did the whole nail white, added the flowers, then did a half moon with the turquoise half moon. After it dried I stamped it with a tip stamp.
Hope you guys liked this design!

Ah Summer Time...
....Where it gets hot and buggy. No, I don't enjoy the summertime. Oh well, I'll just do some super bright nail designs. Nothing speaks summer more than my new sandals with matching nails :P This time I did some real art after doing none :) It kind of feels lazy of me just doing one color or stamp, so it feels good to do actual hand-painted designs.
I used Essie Blanc as my base color then did some liney zigzags (if that makes any sense) with Funky Fingers Power Play (purple). A little further away I put NYC Times Square Tangerine (orange), then L.A. Colors Shock (yellow-orange), and finally my unnamed Jordana red.
Above:left hand (how rare!)
Edit- right hand, I'm so confused...
And the inspiration!
Hope you all like it, have a great week :)

I'm back with gradient nails!
Hello all! I'm back, I had a wonderful time in Maryland:) It's good to post again. I have a bunch of pictures for you all! First, I swatched Essie Main Squeeze. I don't get the name, that bothers me.
I didn't like it when I bought it, but now I fell in love! It seems kind of ghosty to me.
Then yesterday I did a gradient because I didn't know what to do with the color I had on (Love & Beauty Blue/green that I've shown bottle pics of). I sponged Claire's Twinkle Twinkle about halfway down then on top of that OPI Lincoln Park After Dark.
The one above is the closest to the true color. My camera wanted to make it blue, and not catch the pretty purple duochrome glitters...
Well bye for now!
PS. I got Revlon Whimsical!;)

Del Sol Nail Polish!
Hello lovelies! Now that there is sun to shine on my nails, I figured it's a good time to try out my new Del Sol polish in orange that turns pink in the sun called Sun Kissed. Here I used 4 coats because it is a little sheer and I just plain enjoy painting it! It doesn't work in the window because the glass blocks the UV rays. Inside it is a beautiful shade of orange that is shimmery and it takes a few seconds outside to turn hot pink-ish. I'm not sure exactly how to describe it! I stamped plate BM-221 with Essie's Wrapped in Rubies which is red-orange metallic and it stamps very well. On the base of my nails I put one of my bundle monster "blings" in an orange flower. The top coat doesn't make the effect of the Del Sol nail polish work any less, and I only use Seche Vite so I don't know if it's just that brand or any top coat, but with my Calibongo brand UV-changing nail polish it does. Here are the pictures- first ones are indoors, last are outside.
Now outdoors! It really doesn't look that much different because of the stamp though...
Anyone like Del Sol? I sure do! Have a fun weekend everyone:)

Rainstorm with Flowers
Today I used China Glaze Rainstorm, which I think is an old one, I'm not sure. It's a super pretty almost periwinkle blue with shimmer and sparkles. It's pretty sheer, so it required 3 coats. On top of it is Essie Blanc stamped with BM- 214. On my ring fingers was 5 red teardrop-shaped rhinestones in a circle that form a flower. I know this week has been pretty boring, but not to worry, today I bought some nail art brushes so I can do some real art:) Enjoy!

Hippie Nails
My nails today remind me of hippies. It's not really my original plan though, but that was super hard to do so instead I just piled on the Bundle Monster stamps. I don't particularly like how it turned out, but it could be worse. And I lied yesterday when I said I would continue swatching stuff, because I prefer to do art.
I used Essie Sand Tropez, Orly Luxe, Essie Lady Godiva on my thumbs, and some Charlotte Russe polish in taupe. The BM stamps are BM-214 and 222.

2 Swatches
Today I wanted to swatch a lot of new polishes of mine, but I don't feel like doing all of them today so maybe I'll do 2 more tomorrow and 2 the next day. I went to 5 Below yesterday and picked up 3 polishes- Funky Fingers Tinsel Town, Fresh Paint Olive You, and Fresh Paint Spruce Street. Fresh Paint is a division of the makers of color club and Funky Fingers, just in case you didn't recognize the name. I've never tried it before but so far so good. The colors I swatched today are Essie Armed and Ready, and Fresh Paint Olive You. A&R is a very hard to capture gold shimmer in a gunmetal grey. Olive You is also hard to get on camera, it's an olive foil with gold shimmer too but this one looks very silver in the pictures.
Here's A&R. Second photo is with flash because that is the only way I could get the shimmers in the picture.
This is Olive You. Like I said, looks silvery but it really has more of a green tone than in the pictures.
As for the formulas, they were both great so I have no complaints. Essie's new brushes seem better than before. I don't even know if they changed it or not, but the brushes seem really soft and nice.
Anyways, have a nice weekend.
